Online registration is now closed
If you haven’t registered yet, you can do so at the on-site registration desk in Seville.

The SETAC Europe 20th Annual Meeting is open to all, presenters and non-presenters. Note that considerable discounts are offered for SETAC members. If you are not yet a SETAC member, you may opt to become a member, thus saving up to € 200 on your meeting registration!

Online registration will open 15 January 2010 and will close 10 May 2010. Early registration fees are available until 15 March 2010. After this date, the increased fees are due, ALSO FOR PRESENTERS. A registration desk will also be set up at the conference centre for on-site registrations.

Note that accepted abstracts from presenters not having registered before 20 March 2010 will be cancelled and excluded from the programme and abstract book. 

Registration fees for the meeting will be structured as follows:

  • Early registration fee: register before 15 March 2010 AND pay before 1 April 2010;
  • Late registration fee: register before 10 May 2010 AND pay before 17 May 2010;
  • On-site registration fee: register and pay on-site. An on-site administration fee will be added of € 50 (regular) or € 25 (student / LIC / LUMIC / one day).

Special reductions are offered to:

  • SETAC Members. Not yet a SETAC member? You may opt to become a member by registering at the ‘combi’ fee (1 year membership + meeting registration); 
  • Students (BSc, MSc and PhD students; confirmation of student status required);
  • Participants from “Low Income Countries” (LIC) and “Lower and Upper Middle Income Countries” (LUMIC) as defined by the World Bank (http://go.worldbank.org/K2CKM78CC0).

Registration fees include meeting attendance, coffee breaks, 4 lunches, welcome reception on Sunday, registration pack with a printed programme book and abstracts (short + extended) on a USB stick.

Registration and cancellation policy:

  • One online registration must be completed by each attendee. We strongly prefer payments by credit card (details of the card can be submitted during the online registration or sent by fax to the office). Payments can also be made by bank transfer. Cheques will not be accepted!
  • Payment terms: In order to be eligible for the early registration fees the payment MUST be received before 1 April 2010. If payment is received after this date, the increased fees are due. All payments must be received prior to the conference date.
    In case you have not received a receipt from us before the conference date we kindly ask you to bring the proof of payment to the meeting. In case no payment was received and no proof of payment can be shown, the registration fee MUST be paid on site!
  • After 10 May 2010, only on-site registration is possible.
  • Cancellation terms: € 50 cancellation fee for cancellations received before 16 April 2010, no refunds for later cancellations. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax.
  • No refunds will be made for any reason for cancellations received after 16 April 2010, but paid no-shows will receive all materials covered by their registration fees upon request.
  • If you cancel your registration but have not paid yet, the outstanding amount will still be due.
  • Registrations are non-transferable.
